SHAPES & SIZES
All my cakes are bespoke and designed to be personal to the recipient. Therefore, it is not possible to give exact prices without completing the design process.
Price depends on the size of the cake and the complexity of the design.
I can advise you on the amount of cake you will need for the number of guests you have, (although you may wish to have a larger cake than absolutely necessary, in order to create a ‘wow’ factor for a very special occasion).
Each Sponge is 5cm thick.
I do not Cut the sponges in Half.
High quality ingredients are always used, such as free range eggs, High quality butter and luxury preserves. Cakes are finished with a layer of Buttercream or with chocolate ganache & Fondant to give a professional finish, and then decorated accordingly.
Once we have settled on the design, I will consider the work and estimate the time it will take to make. These factors are then used to give your quote.
