*Lead time for placing orders.
2 days notice.
*ALL Custom goods has to be paid up front
Days of placing orders:
Placing order on a Monday Collecting on Wednesday.
Monday -Wednesday
Tuesday- Thursday
Wednesday -Friday
Thursday -Saturday
Friday- Monday
Saturday - Tuesday.
*Invoice will be send for your approval
* Once payment is received We take it that you have agreed & approved all the
items on the invoice.
*IF THE COLOUR, WORDING, THE ITEM OR ANY INFO IS WRONG, IT
IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS THE CLIENT TO CORRECT US FOR THE
INVOICE TO BE EDITED AND TO BE RESEND TO YOU.
*IF YOU AS THE CLIENT DID NOT READ THE INVOICE, WE WILL NOT
TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY IF THE ITEM IS WRONG ACCORDING TO
YOU AS THE CLEINT.
*We work of the approved /PAID Invoice.
* All info will be on the invoice (Wording,Size, Color's)
*When placing custom orders, it is compulsory to confirm the colour, the size
and the preferred wording in writing.* If you as the client do not confirm colour & sizing in writing, we won't be able
to proceed.
*If you the client confirm only one colour, and it is confirmed & paid for from
the invoice to make the goods in one colour, WE WILL ONLY make it in ONE
colour.
*Please do not assume when sending a picture, we will replicate it, however we
can do something similar.
*If you as the client prefers to request a mock -up before we cut we can send a
screen shot (image) before proceeding,
Kindly Note:
If we design the product more than twice, we will charge designing fee.(R50 for
every change)
*When sending a example from the web, kindly Note our toppers will never look
exactly the same, however we will try to make it look similar.
* If you as the client request a certain font, kindly forward the fonts name,
if you can't find the font's name, we can do something similar.

For each topperCOURIER & UBER COLLECTIONS
*If goods is going through the courier, It is the clients responsibility to confirm
the delivery address for us to be able to add on the Invoice.
*Goods through the courier is paid by you as the client.
*Feel Free to also send an Uber at your own cost,
* Kindly make sure you send the correct option of uber vehicle according to your
order.
* We do not pack the items into the uber guy's vehicle /scooter.
* Kindly Note we will not be held responsible for any damages caused by the
UBER guy.
*IF you as the client break the item, we as the supplier WILL NOT be held
reliable!
RETURNS
*We do NOT give cash refunds as we are a cashless business.
*If full return is approved we will make an eft back into your bank account
(WE DO NOT GIVE CASH AT ALL)
* IF we as the supplier made an error on your custom topper/Item WE WILL fix
& re-cut it.
*We do our best to give our clients the best product & service
